Everything you need to know about booking, delivery, and your seasonal display.
Our season runs from late September through October, with deliveries scheduled throughout that window. Spots fill up quickly, so we encourage you to reserve yours as soon as our calendar opens. Simply choose your collection, complete the booking form, and we will be in touch to confirm your delivery date.
We currently serve Oakville and Burlington, Ontario. If you are located in a neighbouring community, reach out — we are happy to discuss whether we can make it work for you.
Absolutely. Just let us know where you'd like us to set up your display — mention it in the delivery notes when you book. Whether that's a side porch, around back, or under a covered area, we'll make sure everything is arranged safely and securely so your pumpkins are protected until you arrive home.
With a little care, your display will look beautiful for four to eight weeks. We source the freshest pumpkins directly from local farms to give you the longest possible lifespan, and we include seasonal care tips with every installation.
Each of our collections is thoughtfully put together and installed by us — every porch gets its own look based on what we feel works best for the space. You can absolutely add on lanterns or mums through the booking form, but we do not offer swaps or substitutions within the core collection. Trust us to bring the vision to life — that is what we do best.
Yes — end-of-season removal is available as an add-on for any collection. We will take everything away and leave your porch exactly as we found it.
Once your order is confirmed, all sales are final — we cannot issue refunds or store credit. However, we know schedules shift. Here is what you can do: • Transfer your package to someone else (a friend, neighbour, or family member) or to a new address — completely free. • All transfers must be completed by October 18, 2026. Unused packages do not carry over to the following year. • To arrange a transfer, email info@porchpumpkins.ca or call/text us at 416-580-1977.
Pumpkins are hardier than you might think, but we know that serious weather can sometimes cause damage. If your display is affected by a severe weather event within the first two weeks of installation, get in touch with us and we will assess what happened and do our best to make it right.
